The Joint Club Team

You will have the support of your personal POH Joint Club team, dedicated to making your time away from home a success, and your transition back home smooth.

The POH Joint Club Team: Embracing a team philosophy of care and healing.

Knowing what to expect gives you a feeling of ease, allowing you to relax and focus on your healing. At POH, we understand that and that's why we give you your own Joint Club Team: staff members who you can count on to care for you during your stay and in your transition back home. Throughout the whole process your team members stay the same. The same care providers, staff assistance and recovery support, working together to support your success in recovery.

Care, provided the way care should be.
